We've changed our name! The British Bone Marrow Registry (BBMR) is now the NHS Stem Cell Donor Registry. If you’re already on the BBMR, you don’t need to do anything—you’re automatically on the new registry.

Stem cells are special cells that can change into other blood cells​. They're used to treat many different cancers, immune deficiencies and genetic disorders.
