Accessibility
The building is fully wheelchair accessible with street level access. There is a lift to take you up to the donor centre on the 1st floor. Please ring the buzzer to be granted access.

Travelling to the donor centre
If you are travelling by:
- bus: the nearest bus stop is Manor Row, which is directly outside the donor centre
- train: the centre is a 5 minute walk from Bradford Forster Square Train Station on Manor Row.
- bicycle: there is no bike parking at the donor centre. There are on-street bike locks about a 2 minute walk south along Manor Row.
- car: there are 2 car parks a short walk from the centre. At Forster Square Car Park, you can park free up to 3 hours. At Broadway Shopping Centre, you can receive a 50% discount for parking (please get your ticket validated as you leave the donor centre).

Opening hours
The donor centre is open on weekdays, evenings and weekends, as follows:
- Monday - closed
- Tuesday - 11am to 7pm
- Wednesday - 11am to 7pm
- Thursday - 11am to 7pm
- Friday - 8:20am to 4pm
- Saturday - 8:20am to 4pm
- Sunday - closed
