Accessibility
The donor centre is fully wheelchair accessible with street level access. There is an automatic door at the entrance that can be opened with a push pad at wheelchair-accessible height.

Travelling to the donor centre
You can find the centre on London Road, next to BBC Radio Gloucestershire. Access to the centre is through the archway.
If you are travelling by:
- bus: the nearest bus stop is the Bus Depot, which is a 2 minute walk from the donor centre.
- train: Gloucester station is about 10 minute walk away.
- bicycle: there are bike stands you can use to lock your bike at the donor centre.
- car: there are car parking spaces for donors directly outside the donor centre in spaces labelled 'donor parking'.

Opening hours
The donor centre is open on weekdays, evenings and weekends, as follows:
- Monday - 11am - 7:30pm
- Tuesday - 11am - 7:30pm
- Wednesday - closed
- Thursday and Friday - opening hours alternate weekly:
- Week 1: Thursday (8am - 4:40pm), Friday (11am - 7:30pm)
- Week 2: Thursday (11am - 7:30pm), Friday (8am - 4:40pm)
- Saturday - 8am - 3:30pm
- Sunday - closed
