The donor centre is located inside Boots within the Dolphin Centre. There is a lift that takes you up to the 1st floor, very close to the donor centre. The entrance doors are non-automatic but staff will be happy to assist with opening .
An accessible toilet is available on-site.

Travelling to the donor centre
You can find the donor centre inside Boots, Dolphin Centre. Follow signs 'blood donor suite'.
If you are travelling by:
- bus: Poole Bus Station is next to the Dolphin Centre with it's own entrance.
- train: Poole station is a 3 minute walk away.
- bicycle: there are bike racks located in the pedestrianised street outside the shopping centre, but please be aware that this is not a secure bike parking facility.
- car: there is a multi-storey car park at the Dolphin Centre - please note, charges apply.

The donor centre is open on weekdays, evenings and weekends, as follows:
- Monday - 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Tuesday - 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Wednesday - closed
- Thursday - 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Friday - 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Saturday - 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Sunday - 10:30am - 4pm
