Accessibility
You can get to the donor centre on the first floor using the shopping centre lifts. The building has level access for wheelchairs however the door isn't automatic but is often open. Please call ahead to left our staff know if you need wheelchair access.

Travelling to the donor centre
You can find the centre on the first floor between M&S and The Village.
If you are travelling by:
- tube: 4 underground stations provide easy access to the shopping centre, with the donor centre just a few minutes walk away.
- bus: the nearest bus stations are White City Bus Station and Shepherd's Bush Bus Station, which are both just a short walk away from the donor centre.
- bike: secure bicycle parking spaces are provided by the shopping centre and can be found at car park A.
- car: please park at car park A. This is a pay and display multi storey car park and we are unable to offer any discount for blood donors.

Opening hours
The donor centre is open on weekdays, evenings and weekends, as follows:
- Monday - 10:20am to 7:10pm
- Tuesday - 8:20am to 5:10pm
- Wednesday - 8:20am to 5:10pm
- Thursday - 10:20am to 7:10pm
- Friday - 8:20am to 5:15pm
- Saturday - 8:20am to 5:15pm
- Sunday - 8:20am to 5:15pm
