Accessibility
You can get to the centre on the first floor using the shopping centre lifts. The building has level access for wheelchairs however the door isn't automatic but is often open. Please call ahead to left our staff know if you need wheelchair access.

Travelling to the donor centre
You can find the centre on the top floor, next to John Lewis.
If you are travelling by:
- tube: Stratford station provides easy access to the donor centre, a few minutes walk away.
- bus: the nearest bus stops are Stratford City, Stratford and Stratford International bus stations, which are all just a short walk away from the donor centre.
- bike: secure bicycle parking spaces are provided by the shopping centre and can be found at car park A.
- car: please park at car park A. This is a pay and display multi storey car park, you can validate your ticket at your appointment for a discount on the fee.

The donor centre is open on weekdays, evenings and weekends, as follows:
- Monday - 8:30am to 5pm
- Tuesday - 10:30am to 7pm
- Wednesday - 8:30am to 5pm
- Thursday - 10:30am to 7pm
- Friday - 8:30am to 5pm
- Saturday - 8:30am to 5pm
- Sunday - 8:30am to 5pm
