Your online account makes it easy to manage your blood donation appointments whenever it suits you.

To use your online account, you first need to sign up to donate.

What you can do with your online account

• Find and book donation appointments
• Change or cancel appointments if your plans change
• View your donation timeline, including past and future appointments
• See your blood type, after your first donation
• Update your personal details

We ask for at least 3 days’ notice if you need to cancel so we can offer your appointment to another donor.
