Your online account makes it easy to manage your blood donation appointments whenever it suits you.

What you can do with your online account

Using your online account, you can:

• find and book blood donation appointments that are convenient for you
• view your donation timeline, showing your donation history and any future appointments
• see what blood type you are (after your first donation)
• update your personal details, such as your contact information or address

If you haven’t already signed up, get an online account now.

Manage your appointments online

Once you’ve created your account, you can:

• see which venues and dates are available and book instantly
• refine your search by time, date or location
• change or cancel an appointment easily if your plans change
• choose to donate as soon as the next day, depending on availability
  
  

We ask that you give at least 3 days’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment, so we can offer your space to another donor.

You can manage all of this by logging in to your online account or using the NHS Give Blood app.
