Sebastian is receiving blood and platelets while he undergoes treatment for bladder cancer.

He has had chemotherapy and is due to have radiotherapy.

His Mum Natasha said: 'Without transfusions, Seb would have become extremely ill and may not be able to recover. Instead he is running around happy with his new blood. Seb is our superhero.'

Natasha said: 'He is having chemo, however it is killing all his blood cells so he will need a number of blood and platelet transfusions to help him recover.'

He is due for radiotherapy at some point in the near future and again more transfusions will follow.'

Natasha added: 'Blood donation is an amazing thing and it really does save lives.'
